Visit Caribbean remain the number one destination for Quebec families in winter. The good news: the choice is vast, with 16 destinations available on the map. Aruba (165$/j) is the safe bet — outside the hurricane belt all year round, with the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. For a tighter budget, Guadeloupe (95$/j) and Martinique (98$/j) offer all the charm of the French Caribbean.
